• You must return all bottles from your order (both opened and unopened)
• The product must have been purchased directly from our official website
• You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your return

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:

2. Receive RA Number: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 business hours
3. Package Your Return: Securely package all bottles from your order (opened and unopened) and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the product. Please note:

• Product Price: You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for AlphaCur
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we made an error in your order
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged

Refund Timeline

Here's what to expect during the refund process:

• Day 1-2: Contact us and receive your RA number
• Day 3-10: Ship your return and allow time for delivery (varies by location)
• Day 11-13: We receive and inspect your return
• Day 14-18: Refund is processed and issued to your original payment method
• Day 19-25: Refund appears in your account (timing depends on your bank or card issuer)

Total timeline: Approximately 25 days from initial contact to refund in your account, though it may be faster in many cases.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers or retail stores
• Orders placed more than 60 days ago
• Returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number
• Partial returns (you must return all bottles from your order)
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@alphacurusa.us with photos of the damage. We will replace the product at no cost to you or issue a full refund including shipping costs. In these cases, you do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund including shipping costs. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Subscription Orders

AlphaCur is sold as a one-time purchase only. We do not offer subscription services or automatic recurring billing. Each purchase is a separate transaction with no ongoing commitment.

International Returns

For international orders, the same 60-day guarantee applies. However, please note that:

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
• International returns may take longer to process
• Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rates

Multiple Purchases

If you have made multiple separate purchases, each order is subject to its own 60-day guarantee period calculated from the date of that specific purchase. You must return all bottles from the order for which you are requesting a refund.

Fraudulent Returns

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to excessive returns, returning products not purchased from us, or other abuse of our return policy. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our refund policy.
